This visa permits foreigners intending to reside in Spain to work remotely for a company or employer (including self-employment) based outside of Spain.

Requirements

• Proof of employment with a foreign company for a minimum of three months prior to submitting the visa application

• Income should be €2,763 per month or more ( which is approximately €33,156 annually)

• Duration of the employment contract, Explicit agreement to work remotely from Spain, Remuneration or wage information, Bank Statement

• The company you are engaged with must have been registered for at least one year

• Applicants must hold a university degree—undergraduate or postgraduate—from a reputable university, college, or business school, or have a minimum of three years of relevant work experience in their professional field

• Criminal record certificate issued by the country or countries of residence for the past 2 years

• Apply directly from Spain using a tourist visa to receive a 3-year residence card or obtain a 1-year visa from your home country through the Spanish consulate, allowing you to enter Spain and later change it to a 3-year residence card
